Related to Advance duplicator

Hi all, when I use the advance duplicator to save my contraption..say 'a car', the rotation of the wheels on both sides turn inversely. How can I fix it?

I need to solve this for my final project.. Thank you very very much for your help.

Point at wheel, hit 'e'. The only fix that I know of currently.
