KEYPAD 1.3 help .. installed , found but cant use

maybe the question is very stupid but...i dl this http://www.garrysmod.org/downloads/?a=view&id=6382 and installed it at the right place.. in garry mod in MODS it shows me that its there.. ..
but in garry mod menu why there isn't KEYPAD .. help pls

it should be under wire i/o. maybe you should look at the installation instructions one more time.

there aren't any..also i have installed svn wire.. wire model pack and adv duplicator.. in mods info.. it shows me that they are installed.. and there are commands in the console but nothing in Garry Mod..just one wepaon leaser pointer in WEAPONS

You do have a legal version of gmod right? also, did you install with an svn client or from garrysmod.org? If you dont feel like downloading an svn client, there is an official download under popular.

i del svn when installed the mod.. so i re-installed again.. but its all the same.. no wire tools
