Radios dont work

for some reason, radios wont transmit any data.. i have them hooked up to a toggled button, and nothing happens when i press the button.. same goes with transfers.

edit- radios do work, but what about transfers and satellites..?

Satelites and Transferers work for me along with Two-way radios, but the normal radios using a frequency dont work at all
