Wire Light problem

I'm having the same problem as in this thread: http://www.wiremod.com/forum/help-su...wont-work.html
but it hasn't really helped me. i cant find the line, tried a lot of google searches and no luck...

if you can help me out i will REALLY appreciate it.

Details: its SVN, i tried updating, it worked before i cleaned my gmod, 6 months ago, use the pic as reference in other thread, its making me mad
