Console Screen scrolling bug

JIRA is down, so I figured I will post this here.

Scrolling down in console screen is bugged (when cell 2038 value is negative). Fortunately I managed to fix it, patch is in the attachment.

The problem was that it was copying lines in the wrong order.

EDIT: Please wait a while with committing it, I'll also look into column shifting.

EDIT2: I modified column shifting in the same way, there could be a problem. Didn't test it, but it should work, I'll test it in a moment.

Right on Fizyk! There's a couple of other bugs with the console screen, such as the cursor being retarded, it's nice to know at least someone is working on it!

Cursor is not retarded anymore, I fixed it a few days ago

I just encountered funny thing in the horizontal scrolling, it's fixed in the patch I posted, but it breaks Mario. I'll have to talk to BP about that.

EDIT: Ok, BP agreed to the changes I made, can someone commit the patch from the first post?
