Permission To Save Adv Dup

I was building a contraption yesterday and noticed someone with a grabber attempting to save my contraption (no i aint gonna tell how because then more noobs will start using it) and i thought maybe adv dup could be implanted into pp so if someone atempts to save your stuff then it would popup with a confirmation YES save NO dont allow?

What you guys think?

This is a point, If the server is upto date then as long as they have a prop protection addon, people cant dupe your things.

I have had my stuff stolen by people using the alt fire of the slider/hydralic tool on a prop parrallel to my contraption.

The grabber stealing used to work, but that was fixed a while ago.

It isn't the fault of the adv dupe, its the item that they are using that needs to be fixed (grabber, nailer, ect)

If this can be done, that will make my life as an Admin much more easer

and in case of spamming you have only 3 trys after the 3rd try you need to wait X sec's or min???

Fixing them are more or less impossible, as it needs to take account for all the different prop protection systems.

Hm... Maybe I should make a Unified Prop Protection Interface. Making Wire use it will hopefully give it enough momentum to be widely adopted.

itsbth, there is already a standard interface made by the dev of ULX i believe. The spec is somewhere in the ULX prop protection thread.
