This may be incredibly difficult to implement, or it may be an easy thing.... I don't know, so I'll just throw the idea out now.

anyways, idea is this: Treat the wiring for a wired wheel the same as the wired hydraulics are now.
(Basically, have a 'beacon' of sorts that controls wheels, placed with a right-click, just like how hydraulics have. This way you A: Have a cleaner wire-connection system to wheels, and B: Don't have wires constantly moving as the wheel rotates. (I've never been able to place a wire in the exact-dead-center of a wheel without editing a duplicator save file, so my wires are constantly spinning with the wheel, and I don't like how that looks.))
