Hey, A few weeks ago i stumbled onto -=Fox=-'s awesome cpu tutorials now im making cool cpu scanners. Anyway... one thing that is holding me and many other Wire enthusiasts back is the ranger. I was wondering if its possible for some one to maybe make a high speed ranger or scanner of some sort so I can maybe make a wire TV

I second this suggestion. High-speed rangers plz.
I tried making videos with CPU, RAM and a ranger, but the ranger updates too slow so if you go too fast it blurs the picture.

thats the same problem i had :/ Thanks for the suggestion BP ill try that![]()
how do u make the digital screen read from 32 different rangers and make it almost 1 fps??
I guess if each ranger only scans a very small portion of the total FOV then also in enough time for the 40 millisecond limit with wire, then i guess you could make something work at 1 fps
this is as fast i could get to go while scanning accurately...

I need high-speed rangers for my engines, fucking gyroscope sucks, also 1/0 output would be very useful too (if ranger's beam touches something - 1, if not - 0)
