Yes but give the view lock Pitch,Yaw,and Roll inputs.
Just a suggestion. It would be nice to get mouse movement outputs and have an input to lock the view of the player in the vehicle. Mouse X/Y movement outputs from 1 to -1 could be useful for making things like helicopters and tank turrets.

delta the bearing for X, delta the elevation for Y.
Might have a few other adjustments, but that is pretty much it.
Can't be on a scale of -1 to 1 as movement speed can always be faster.
