Advanced Duplicator 2

Anyone have any ideas what the status of this is? What features it's planned to have? ETA etc. etc. I last asked Tad about this about 9 months ago when it was 100% new idea, so completely out of the loop.

Anyway, I'd like to offer a few things that I think might be useful (either for Adv. Dupe 2, or the current one).

1) Stacker mode. The stacker STool is very useful, but has some room for improvement, same for Adv. Dupe. Why not take the best from each and merge them? Wouldn't you like to be able to stack a "contraption"? Think if you were making a building or something, you could carefully make an elaborate first floor, then just stack the rest on top of it.

2) "That bloody pasting delay". Is it REALLY impossible, or that undesirable, to get rid of that delay of a few seconds between pasting something and being able to paste again?

3) STRING data-type input for the paster. This could allow you to change what the paster is set to paste, just by sending a different input, no trawling around context menus.

4) More stats about the contraption in the context menu. We've got prop count. How about "total weight", "dimensions" etc? Is there a "constraint count" in current one I forget?

OK, that's it, no multi-page list this time.

2) What if you're trying to carpet-bomb some poor sap? My bombs = contraptions (not just explosive PHX props).

1 : Great idea, usefull for houses like ou say
2 : The paste delay doesn't kill it for me too much so for me that can stay

i've always missed a rotating fuction in adv dup.. so maby this will be able to add in adv dup 2?

TAD2020 is working on adv.dup 2, he knows most of those suggestions, and whatever you want suggest more, this thread is kinda useless

I remember bumping the A-Dup thread at FP as he would explain how he was only at 0.3% finished. He had explained eveything Adup2 was going to have. Sounded great 10 months ago.
