Advanced Prop Spawner

At the moment, there's a huge gap between the prop spawner and the advanced duplicator.

The idea behind this is to bridge that gap, to provide an intermmediate solution;

"Advanced Prop Spawner!!!".


Additional features:

* SpawnAtX, SpawnAtY, SpawnAtZ (admins would benefit greatly from this, they could easily populate the map with things).

* SEnt handling (grrrr, I wanna play with TNT )

* Simple contraption handling (just a few welded props, nothing elaborate that threatens Adv. Dupe)

* Duping of prop's current properties (mass, health, colour, material, physical properties etc)

* A use for String gates: Spawn prop by modelname! This would be very kewl especially when used in conjunction with Wire Resourcer (proposed). It could act a little like the Replicator machines in Star Trek.
