Wire Wheel without the gap + some other stuff

Can we please lose the gap between the wheel and the thing it's constrained to, a bit like how it's done with the Easy Precision STool?

Also, can we have it so it's model selection is decided the way it's done in Satelite Dish / Conna's Pressure Pad? This would effectively turn the Wheel into a combined Wheel / Motor tool.

Finally; how about an input for Friction, so it'd work like the Wire Clutch (Facepunch Archives: Wire clutch tool - Page 1
