    Default Wired wheel/cog/axis

What I'm suggesting is not so much a wheel, although it's based on the same principle, an object welded to another object on a movable axis.

The wired wheel however wouldn't be able to move freely, it would be stuck in one position. The only way to move it would be to use wire inputs to make the wheel turn.

Wire input is in degrees, 360 would be a single full turn of the wheel.
-360 would be a full turn the other way.

This wired tool would prove immensely useful for making 'analog' meters. The ones with dials and stuff. I imagine you could also use it for turrets and many other things (winches maybe?).

Any ideas where Incompatible's servo can be downloaded? I've heard good things about it.
