Wire Petrol Vector Thruster

Does anyone like the idea of a thruster that is a cross between a Wire Vector Thruster and one of the Petrol thrusters in the oilmod addon? Ideally, it'd have somekind of checkbox that lets us toggle between "needs petrol" and infinite fuel mode. Does anyone like the idea of trying to implement it? I took a look at the code for the ordinary Wire Thrusters and was in way over my head I'm afraid. Anyone?

Might be a good idea, but you need to differentiate between wiremod and arbitrary addons to wiremod. Petrol, EMP, etc etc etc has nothing to do with wiremod, that's RP and other stuff.
