Advanced 2WR

In the spirit of High6's 20 input radio and Paul Robinson's (I think) 8 input 2WR I propose addition of an Advanced 2WR to the SVN. I suspect most of these would be extremely easy to implement for a seasoned Lua dev.

It'd ideally have at least 12 inputs and outputs, secure channel, selectable number of inputs via slider, optional limited range, and it'd be very cool if there was some way to name the inputs/outputs, instead of relying on letters. The radios seem to be the only heavily-used part of Wire that still suffers from this multiple inputs as letters situation.

Could probably get around the radio limitations by simply using the E-Gates Multiplexing abilities over a single 2-Way Radio, I'll have to try it out and see if it works :lol:

I tried it the other day and it seems to work fine, it's just nice to have 1 less thing to worry about by having it be all-inclusive
