Hmmm... a grabber... stool turrets (set to wheels), and a prop spawner that spawns PHX 2x2 plates, a hydraulic system to move the plate around so it can be assembled, a few hours of work.

if u weld the wheels then like ur car wont move so u need an axis tool

How about the stool turret? You can make wheels and stuff.

I saw a couple made some time ago. They weren't that high-tech but they worked. Can't remember were I found them at the time though.

If prop spawner worked with multiple props you could just make a car and bung a prop spawner of it on a conveyor
