Wire thruster with phx thruster sounds.

Committed thruster sounds, but the vector thruster gives me an error:

lua\includes\util.lua:71: bad argument #1 to 'PrecacheSound' (string expected, got nil)

And I have no idea what causes it.

EDIT: Oh and by the way: I tried spawning an old dupe, but there were no errors. If you encounter any duping errors because of this change, don't forget to let me know

You know, it'd be nice if we had thruster sounds that actually sound like.. thrusters.
Most of the PHX ones sound like hair dryers with varying pitch or a hissing sound.
The backburner (with the pitch toned down a little) actually makes quite a nice sound for thrusters.

While you are on it, better thruster effect list that won't take up the whole screen. Make a sexy derma vgui or something

Yeah, would be nice.
