This looks like the kind of thing for the UWSVN. If people need it they can get it and if they don't then it won't clutter anything. Most servers have the UWSVN anyway.

Any reason not to clean this up a bit, shoot an email off to the author, and (UW)SVN it? Methinks it will nicely complement the bone functions (and if it works on NPCs, the NPC functions as well).

I doubt he'll mind his work being SVNed though.
