Chip that sends Values out of Computer

I have searched and found nothing similar.

This feature is meant for those who want to send the wiremod values out of the computer and use Wiremod as a PLC(Programmable Logic Functions).

The Chip sends the values to another little program on the computer that sends the values out to USB/com port/ethernet cable and let you use these values in real life on a PLC or a real chip

I hope you understand what this means. I just thought it would be super awesome to use wiremod as an programming software.

Why would anyone want do do this? If you only need a PLC, then get or write one that will be faster than wire. Wire has frequency around 40 - 50hz am i right? To control a servo you need impulses between 2 and 5 miliseconds
