Do you know about that tutorial button in Garrysmod main menu? How about putting some wiremod tutorials into that? It would be great when playing single player and you forget what something is and you could just go to that tutorial button at the main menu instead of minimizing your game or quitting it which both take 10 years.

Good idea.

You can change that but.
1. you have to place files in the correct folder AFTER gmod has started.
this is because you have to overwrite one of the gmod files and when you do it is replaced every time gmod starts by steam.
