lets say u can make an object or a sensor take damage output the damage taken. then u could reset the damage or do sumthing to it. how about that?

You could just use wired explosives, they have health.

Make blast damage 0 and radius 0 then set it's health, when it reaches 0, it will tell(...?) And you can detonate it and that will reset it's life. (In theory)
