Advanced input thingy

is it possible to make a advanced input thingy that dossent need the numpad?
its been bothering me since im trying to make some sort og auto adjusting space station, and if i use accumulator and the reset functions it will only end up messing its self up some times..

Inc/Dec chip is what i think you want.

I use the accumulator, an add gate and two buttons. It works like a charm. You add the buttons and feed it to the accu.
Remember to set one of the buttons to a neg. number.
