Default Request: Decent Fin Control Tutorial?

Howdy, y'all, I've recently been getting into building planes in Garry's Mod. But just using thrusters to turn and go up just don't feel... Realistic. I haven't used the Fin tool before, all I know is that it is used frequently to make elevators, ailerons, rudders, flaps (same as ailerons, I think), propellers, etc. I've been browsing around Youtube, TrickysTutorials, -orb-'s tutorials, our Wiremod forum, etc. And I haven't seen a decent Fin control tutorial. There is only one on Youtube, as far as I know, and it was very hard to understand. Among the few things that I do understand about this technique, it that it requires the use of Hydraulics, Wiremod, or otherwise, and that Numpad Inputs/Outputs are used in the process, correct? Anyway, I'm still a newbie when it comes to Wiremod, but I do understand the basics. So, I ask you, can someone find it in their heart to find or put together a decent Fin control tutorial? If you can, I will worship the very ground you walk on XD.

Sorry for the colossal wall of text, but I felt that I needed to give a good explanation of my situation.

P.S, I can't seem to join servers at the moment, (I'm hoping that an update will fix that...) so I really can't have an in-game tutor. Sorry for the inconvenience.

P.P.S Can you also tell me if there are any other required addons for this to work?

P.P.P.S Pie is good, but cake is better

Its not a real tutotial, but maybe it is better than nothing.

    Picture:
Mainpart is a 1x4 plate with 4 1x2 plates weldet to it. The small wings or flaps(whatever you wanna call them) are ballsocket twice to make them rotate in only one direction. The triangles only hold the hydraulics. You need dual inputs with values like (30 26 22). The front wings (two dual inputs) have to move opposite to each other. Just create a dual input and then another one with changed activation keys. This is for roll control. The rear one are the pitch control and move the same direction. Because i just played around with this the last minutes i have not figured out how to make a good yaw control. Maybe two vertical plates with fins from different sides will work.

P.S. all 1x2 plates and of course the smaller 0.5x1 plates are fins with "no lift"

    hope this helps

Sorry, but that made absolutely no sense to me. That sounds like the Youtube tutorial I saw, helpful to some, but not to me. Sorry.

Alright, if you are getting a message about different table types, then either you or the server has not been updated, i will go ahead and assume that the server is not up to date with current updates.

All you really have to do to learn how to use it is just mess around with it. I didn't start watching tutorials or even knew about them till recently. Well best of luck, have patients and it will begin to unfold its self ^_^ let me know how it goes.

    ---EDIT---

    Ok link fixed.

I think it's safe to say that this is currently the best tutorial (or at least vdeo one) for Fin control with Wire:
