I hope you know the basics of copying and pasting, and what you really don't understand is how to get code into an expression. Well;

1. Find Expression 2 in the Wire tab in the Q-Menu
2. Click "New Expression"
3. Paste the code you have in the clipboard.
4. Close the editor, and click to spawn the expression
5. ???
6. PROFIT!

Watch out you forgot how to add "Don't forget to wire it!" or else he will forget and will complain.

I tried to download the map from the 18th tutorial (wm_bankvaultalpha) , and I got a .RAR file, and I cant find where to put it. does anyone know where it should go? (I tried addons and maps but those didnt work, and I cant find any similar .RAR files)

RAR files are archives. You need a program to unarchive them. I suggest 7-zip. Inside the archive you will find the BSP file you want.

I'm surprised you got this far without WinZip or WinRar. Personally I don't like 7-Zip, Winrar (I think) is a lot more user friendly.
