    I have a question, your Q menu looks really cool and i was wondering if your useing gmod 9, cause im useing gmod 11 and i dont have a color circle and my menu dosn't look like yours, mines in a box, also my objects dont snap to axis when i hold down E and Shift, so can you please help with that.

    1. He used gmod10 (same as 11 pretty much)
    2. Don't worry bout the circle
    3. Don't worry bout the menu -- it should be pretty much the same, might not have everything he does though....
    4. That's called smartsnap -- for 3 and 4, going to, THIS page will have download links to help solve those problems....

    You are suffering from the problem of not understanding basic gmod and jumping into wire like a fool; wiremod is for veteran gmodders who cannot think of things to do with normal addons. You absolutely positively must have a good understanding of the basic gmod concepts, including:
    1. All tools that come with it
    2. How to install any mod
    3. How to rotate props (and to get them to snap to angles)
    4. How to behave yourself like someone respectable on a server -- IE: Not a mingebag
    5. Etc etc etc

    Wiremod is for advanced users *only*. You may be able to make things with it, but you won't truly understand it until you understand everything else.

    I do belive he is talking about with the physgun, but that link should also help him. Agreed with the whole dont jump into wire until you really understand the basics.

    I made the automatic doors, and when I unfroze the doors they go flying off into the sunset. Smoothly along the slider line. The beacon sensor had the correct distance of me and I went through it 4 or so times and it failed everytime.

    Hydraulics have a max length of 4096 units now, so put the door between 2 walls that are close.

    I'm actually working on some basic tutorials, I'll have them, if you're lucky, by the end of the month (not this month, next month, since this one's almost over.)
