-Request- Auto-targeting Auto-following platform

I started spacebiuld about 2 weeks ago and became a big fan of it fast witch drove me to learn
how to make a workable ship pritty fast(and the countless deaths from frezzing).
Now im lookin for abit more witch lead me to wiremod. wiremod seems to be on every spacebiuld
server i play on and ive made no more then Display screens for my ammo and resorces then theres
the ever popular 3-D auto-tracking auto-firing turrent that comes in handy as long as it dont shoot though
my ship. anyways enough of the intro

Since most of my ships are small(no more then 2 person crew) i cant host that much resorce to stay out for a long time in space so i want a platform to follow my ship by targeting a Locator that im gunna put on the back of my ship.
also this type of platform might be a nice weapon after a bit of exprementation

i thumbed in these forms and heard something about a delta gate and add gates but nothing that seem to hit the mark
i want this platform to flout behind me so hoverballs would seem right but i donno what else after that and target locater

it would be most helpfull

If you want a tutorial, i can write one. This is the first thing i ever did with wire. I was bored and figured i'd try it, so i made a platform auto-follow.

I must say it looks closely to what i was aming for but after examining it for about a hour ive found out i
have no clue how a expression gate works lol.
if you would like cause i know id like you to, could you wright a small something explaining more about
this platform of yours
