Mouse Aimed Turret (For da Newbs)

Hello everyone! I'm going to show you how to make a mouse aimed turret. A mouse aimed turret is rather simple to create let me show you!
But first let me inform you that you need UWSVN to do this!

Step 1
Create A 1x1 Phx Platform

Step 2
Select your Weld-Easy tool and weld a jeep seat to the 1x1 platform

Step 3
Spawn a Adv. Pod Controller next to the seat on the phx 1x1 platform. Once you have done so right click on the Adv. Pod Controller and then right click on the seat to link them.

Step 4
Now Spawn a prop (preferably the a1 prop under phx robotics(shown in the picture above))

Step 5
Now you get out the wire Facer tool. Right click on the prop you spawned so that the facer becomes that prop model.

Step 6
Now take the facer you spawned and freeze it up next to the chair. DO NOT weld, ballsocket, or use any tools on the facer. Make sure the facer always remains frozen in place.

Step 7
Now place a turret on the end of your facer.

Wiring!!!!!!!
Alright now for the hardest part for this tutorial. Get out your Advanced wire tool and wire the facer's X to the pod controllers X. Then Wire the facer's y to the pod controller's y. Now wire the facer's Z to the pod controller's Z.

Now wire the Facer's On to the pod controllers Active.

Now that all that is done Wire the Turrets fire to the pod controllers Mouse 1.



How to work the turret
Hop inside the jeep seat and look around. Click your mouse to fire and just look in the direction your shooting at!

I think you should mention that you need UWSVN to spawn/use Facers.

And pictures are not .html

However, don't simply change them all.. Have one picture of the finished product, that is more then sufficient.

So how do i fix these pictures?

Change the extension to whatever its meant to be, probably .png or .jpg

He copy+pasted the URL of the board's image gallery slot where the image is saved.

Right click on the picture and choose "Copy Image URL"
