Some simple rules

Rule 2) NO CPU or GPU
Rule 3) No talking about them.

As far as this forum is concerned, they don't exist. This forum is for the old schoolers to be left in peace to show off their gate skills.

I wouldn't call gates old school, they aren't only used due to nostalgia, many players such as myself use them for simple applications, like they were always intended. They are often as fast or faster than e2 to create, and much easier for other players to understand and appreciate.

HP threw the idea out while i was doing some rearrangement. I realized that this might help the god object problem.

God Object problem: Everyone has actually lost creativity because the simple little joys of a few gates doesn't exist with E2. Everyone is trying to make such high and powerful contraptions that they either give up before then or keep trying to make it better, and never actually finish it.

Yeah, this. I always used to finish my projects when using gates back before I learnt e1. now I only finish like 20%.
