Well my intention was for people to mod it and re-upload the modified CPUs, there is no real way I can stop anyone from doing so and have it still be open source (unless they just upload the exact same file, in which case I hope comparing the time of the uploads will be useful), but I put in the file that I would like to have my name in the credits for the original model or any parts used.

I have been made aware that is a typo in the building documentation for the System ram:

The correction:

Clk       -   CPU: “Ramclk”
AddressRead -	CPU: “Ramadd”
AddressWrite -	CPU: “Ramadd”
Data	    - CPU: “Ramdata”

It does not go to the sequencer

Yeah. Sense many of the RAM inputs go to the same output, it might be easier to use an add gate to condense all the inputs into one. Its easier than having to go though the output list for all four inputs.
