    Post E2 Microprocessor (E2010)

    E2010 Microprocessor Project

Hi Everyone, This thread is about my new E2010 Microprocessor that i am working on.
Here are a couple pictures of what it looks like:

The E2010 is a Wire Microprocessor that allows numerical input with the Programming Interface. It runs off of an Expression 2 chip.
I am working on the E2010 a little at a time and there is already 2 commands that the E2010 can recognize.
The 2 commands are the OUTPUT and ADDITION commands.
Just those 2 commands does a lot, so when i get more commands in, its gonna be able to do even more.
Once i am finished adding all of the main commands, i am going to make it have program runtime where you can
write a program to the CPU program memory and actually run commands and loops. Its going to be awesome.

(Latest Version is also attached to this thread)
    Updates: :2guns:
    1. I have integrated everything into one Expression 2 chip on the E2010 so its easier to use
There is one problem though i forgot to define error codes for the addition command, but i will fix that
when i release the next version, but you can still run the program and it detects the error, it just does not send
    the error code.

(I have now inserted the ZIP file so you can easily download it, AND i inserted the E2010 E2 Source Code)
If you notice any bugs with my E2010, please point them out to me so that i can fix them.

You can view this thread every once in a while so that you can get the latest information on my E2010 Project.

Thanks for viewing my thread and i hope you like my E2010 Microprocessor!

Thanks, did my E2010 work out for you? I have updated the upload so the E2010 has a cable that plugs into a programming interface, so it should be easier to use. I am trying to make it as easy as possible to use.

Dude, please don't spam other threads with this. Just put it in your sig or something...
Also, please attach the code to the forum post, it's annoying going through gmod.org...

    Edit: Looking at the readme.
    1. There is only 2 functions so far.
    2. These functions look pretty much equivalent to CPU's assembly.

I don't think i should post the code because there are other parts to it, like other E2's and if i post all of that stuff, no one is going to know how it works, so i am keeping my stuff on GMOD.org because its easier for me.

    sry D: ..
I am trying to clean up the code so everything is in one E2, because i have some other E2s that run the thing so i am going to put it all in one, and make it look a little nicer.
Then i can post the source code and how to wire it up, if that is better than putting it on the GMOD site.

You can post an adv. duplicator .txt file of the contraption.

Dang, I was getting all excited about it being actual hardware that compiles and runs off of E2... Anyways, I'll test it when I get home, and give my response in an edit
