If you're having issues getting relative rotations to work right, you might investigate using quaternions.

Very nice! I was thinking about making this too, but I found the task of collecting information on how the different props would snap together a bit daunting.

Build: F6 quick save, PewPew, interactive tutorial system, custom tools
Wire: UWSVN, High Speed Snapshot Viewer, EGPv3, bunch of Wiremod fixes
E2: Prop Core, Constraint Core, Entity Core, holoModelAny(), applyPlayerForce(), etc.
We have modified and rewritten a number of our addons.

When I spawn it it says "No such function: scrW() at line 221, char 36"
If it helps I've enabled PropCore

EDIT: By the way although it doesn't work for me atm this looks amazing, must've taken alot of work.

    You need E2 Derma.

No. It's too glitchy or something. Only PropCore is in the UWSVN.

I like it.
I tried to do this with 12 train track parts But gave up becuase just the 12 parts is 144 offset vectors and well yea. Then on top of that you have the corners that go each way that are the same piece just rotated so you have to work out a way of making the prop rotate and Still line up so you end up with 2x 144 vectors and its a lot of work for each One. There is no proven way to math it into place with out fine tuning every vector by hand.

my latest idea for making them join was to set up an array of each props and each prop has ITs joining points marked with a hologram then run some math that checks the last prop used and the next prop and moves the join points to each other. there may be some flaws in the system but Omicron and I played around with the idea a bit and it seemed to be working never got around to finishing it.
