Can I strip weapons without adv.pod controller? I just need to do it in E2.

No. At least not if you aren't an admin and can do it via console commands.

Then it would be concmd("command here").

No, I just doing thing making yourself invisible, so when become invisible your world model weapon is visible and I dont like it.
