Any chance of this becoming official? I'm looking forward to making a learning AI

I believe that's the idea.
Using EEPROMs and what not should make AIs possible already.

The point of this is to transfer data from client to server, if you only need to store stuff, then memory and those kinds of entities should be sufficient.

Just so you know, if you don't agree with my suggestions/requirements, then simply say so. I'm not perfect, and there might be better solutions than the one I proposed (as Jimlad has pointed out many times ^_^). I'll happily explain my reasons or keep a discussion going.

You usually give good suggestions and I try to take all things into account before I make a decision. But I do understand that if its going to be committed its most likely going to be by you so it doesn't hurt to try to meet your requirements. Also it helps me when making other things to kind of have a guide as to how should I do it. Sometimes I know what but not necessarily how :/.

And yes, wouldn't all this data be clientside? What if you wanted server side data?

*Edit* I answered my own question. Load the clientside data and make it into Global Variables.

**Edit** Where are these files being written to? The Data folder or the Wire folder?

Files can only be read/written to the data folder. Also this isn't the same thing as the EEPROM, the EEPROM can only read from the server if I'm correct.

This is really cool! I have to ask the standard question though: can you give an example of what it might be used for? I'm trying to think of how I'd use it, but all I can think of is what was mentioned earlier - EEPROM.

EEPROM is wasteful for large amounts of data.

I like to make wire scanners so this is very useful in making scanners that can save pictures. With this you can even load pictures you have formatted into a string. It can also be used to save conversations and I believe HALO said something about it being useful for making an AI that can save phrases.
