Improved Wiring Tool

Added an "Improved Wiring Tool".
This tool is an almost complete rewrite of the Advanced Wiring Tool.
It takes less bandwidth, selects entities on the client (=no lag) and has some other small improvments.
It will replace the wire advanced STOOL shortly. More features to come

but port types are available on the client, so this isn't a big problem to add.
at first, I'll just make sure all the regular features work, though

I don't know if anybody else gets this, but when I was using the old advanced wiring tool, it sometimes had certain common names like "Button" start with a lower case letter. When you tried to select them, no green box appeared around them. Is this just me, can this be fixed, or has this been fixed with this tool?

I often had that bug on x y z ports. I dunno why but yea, it was fucking annoying.
