New wire light

TomyLobo's patched the wire light while we were playing with the goldfish bomb from SBMP. New option: Glow Component.

Thats awesome. Will make the lights much more realistic, thinking of using them in dark areas. I dunno if that lags but you should add a checkbox if ther should be glow or not.

Thing is, I think the component was already there (radiance), but theres NO documentation on the function... TomyLobo had to play with it until something worked. Hence "glow".

I put RGB and glow brightness to 50 or 100, it emmites darkness to any close surfaces.
