Where is it saving and loading?

hi, so I noticed gmod has a data folder, and wire has a data folder, both have a CPU folder inside, I was having trouble loading some programs into the CPU and was wondering if it was due to it loading and saving into two differnt directories?

Because the ones i save are not in the same place as the example ones that are availiable for me to open in the text editor.

I use the gmod data folder and it works.

Gmod can only write to the gmod one, but read from both.

If in both folders are files with the same name, it will use the gmod one.

The wire one is just to put in some data, without having to leave the addons folder.
