Are there additional libraries aside from the ones that come with it? Would normal C libraries be compatible?

Barely. They have to be written in ZC. The only extra libs I know so far are lolilib and gbsdk.

lolilib is just a port of like 3 conlib functions anyway. GBSDK is the way to go, but I'll be damned if I can get it to compile. >:|
