    Version 2.0 with function support!

This version supports sqrt, sin, cos, sinh, cosh, exp, log, log2 and log10. Also there is one special function supported, setprec - it sets number of digits displayed after the decimal point (it is clamped to 0-20). Enjoy

    Examples:
    1. sqrt(2)
    Result: 1.414
    2. setprec(8)
    Result: 1.00000000

    Version 2.0 with function support

I added some functions to the calculator: sqrt, sin, cos, sinh, cosh, exp, log, log2, log10. Syntax is simple, for example sqrt(2) returns 1.414.

There is also one special function, setprec. It allows you to change the number of digits displayed after the decimal point (default is 3, you can change it from 0 to 20).

    Enjoy!

PS. This is a second version of this post. My first one got lost somewhere when I tried to post it here, but the search function sees it. No idea, what happened.

EDIT: Oh wow, it showed after I posted this. You can remove this post now.

EDIT2: The problem is, the forum view shows 10 replies to this thread, and there are 11. If this post is removed, page 2 will probably become unavailable again, so please fix this before removing this post :P

    Version 3.0 bump!

I added complex number support to the calculator today. Also there are a two new functions, abs() and arg() (they return absolute value and argument of a number). You can use 3 constants too, they are "e", "pi" and "i".

    Code is in the attachment.

I still don't quite get what you mean. If you mean the maximum length of the expression, it's practically unlimited (the limit is few hundred characters, but I don't think anyone will try to enter such a long expression).

Oh, I see. You can set precision up to 20 digits after decimal point, but the inside precision of the GMod floating-point numbers doesn't exceed 15 significant digits anyway.
