I Have flown this around On Omicron's before, its very well made and fun to fly.
The only thing that needs work is the Turning while in Taxiing mode.

Didn't really pay much attention to taxi mode, as long as it worked it was good enough. :P

i have problems with this : somtimes it just falls apart, and sometimes its not welded proberly and cant even fly upwards please halp

You can do that your self, spawn it frozen and press R with weld tool on each main prop (PHX prop beneath the wings, couch, "bathtub" and the long tail prop), set Force-Limit to 0 and re-weld everything to the "bathtub".
As with axis tool on the wheels, however you should use Axis-Center (Wenli's Tools) to do it. Reupload the E2 afterwards.
