Console screen scrolling bug

I don't really know, how to use this scrolling, but I'm pretty sure this wasn't supposed to happen.

When I put -1 into Shift Rows of the Console Screen, nothing happens.
When I set low shift row to 0 and high shift row to 17, and then put -1 into Shift Rows, also nothing happens.
But when I set low to 17 and high to 0, and again put -1 into Shift Rows... well, this happens:


Also, my console gets spammed with "entities/gmod_wire_consolescreen/cl_init.lua:368: attempt to perform arithmetic on local 'c2' (a nil value)".
