Can adv dupe admin sweps

You can adv dupe sweps (including admin sweps) in single player and then go on the server, paste it, pick it up, and use it, which allows you to do several things, such as spawn manhacks on no NPC servers. I didn't know if this should be major or critical, so I put it in major.

This has been around forever, and its not a bug. If the admin wishes for people not to do that there are like 500 scripts to keep people from spewing weapons like that.
