    Spawning yields:

The second I tried to spawn it I got that message in console and I didn't get the noise you usually get when successfully spawning something. It was happening all the time, even when GMod first loads. Literally, there was no opportunity for me to do anything dangerous, hence brevity of bug report.

It's still broken, different problem though. It spawns OK, but doesn't do it's job at all. If HUD indicator or debugger was working *hint hint* I could try placing a watch on the output to see what it's doing....

none at all. try deleting the numpad outputs sent folder in entities then redownloading it by updating your SVN. one of the files may have been corrupted.

Do you have some crappy/broken multi-numpad addon installed?

Disabling supernumpad and uninstalling the onscreen one (I forget it's name now) seems to have fixed it, thanks a lot!
