When I put a plug in a socket, the values are not "transferred" unless one value changes. I've seen before in one of Tricky's tutorials (Wire Plug) the values were sent straight away.

The problem would seem to be that the plug isn't outputting anything, despite its input. I would poke around the Lua, but I'm on holiday at a relative's house, so I don't have SVN access or GMod.
<Anticept> i always thought that piss comes out of a womans ass....
I think the Output from the plug refers to values sent from socket to plug.
Blatently obvious - but it is always worth checking, the plug is in the socket correctly, isnt it?
Common sense no longer applies.
Yeh, when you hold the plug close to the socket with the gravity gun, it kinda snaps in. Once a value is changed it works perfectly, but that's not very good if you need to check when something is plugged in.
Yup, just thought about that and was going to say that.

Hm... does data go from Plug -> Socket, Socket -> Plug, or both?

YEh this problem has been around for a while. Please fix it, its damn annoying.
